FAQ
Can I purchase if you didn’t build my site?
No. This service is currently for clients built by us only — we know your site environment inside and out to guarantee results. If you’re interested, you can commission a technical audit (¥800) first to assess feasibility.
How does plugin renewal work in year two?
Renewals from year two onward are handled by you directly. We’ll remind you 30 days in advance, or you can ask us to purchase on your behalf (live exchange rate + 10% service fee).
What if scores are still low after optimization?
We keep tuning until the agreed targets are met. If it can’t be achieved due to server environment or site architecture, we negotiate a fair outcome and refund the deposit.
Will this break my site design or functionality?
No. We only optimize performance — no layout changes, no removed features. All changes are verified in a staging environment first.
Can I still use Elementor to edit pages after optimization?
